The LETS
Guidelines
·
Cheltenham LETS is a non-profit making organisation.
It offers an information service to encourage local community
transactions.
·
Cheltenham LETS core group acts on behalf of all
members and is open to all.
·
Members do not need to trade for profit.
·
Cheltenham LETS retains the right to refuse membership
to an individual or organisation if necessary.
·
Members are responsible for their own trading
standards, tax, DSS, and insurance.
·
Cheltenham LETS will arbitrate, on request, if an
exchange between two members comes to dispute.
·
Details of account balances will be available to all
members.
·
Cheltenham LETS is not responsible for the value,
condition or quality of information, goods, services and/or
resources provided by members.
